Can I work from anywhere for you remote positions?
We offer remote opportunities to Customer Service Professionals across the U.S. While the positions are 100% remote, when working shifts, Customer Service Representatives are required to work from within the United States and from the address provided as their work address. Additionally, we are not currently accepting Individuals from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin.
Are there any fees or investments?
We hire Independent Contractors only. It does not cost to apply for a position or to create your agent profile (once your application is approved). Our Clients do require each Individual agent to become certified on their individual program, which requires certification training. As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for your certification training cost and any equipment needed for service. The great thing about being an Independent Contractor is that you are able to write off any expenses on your taxes. This is an investment in being in complete control of your work, money, and hours much like school, professional licenses, Uber, Instacart, being a Travel Agent, or any 1099 position. A background check is required and is $9.99 plus a pre-disclosed processing fee. Agents can become a certified Remote Customer Service Agent for as little as $9.99. Client Certification training cost can range from $9.99 to $250 depending on the Client (this is the Client fee, not Strategize To Monetize, Inc fee, and is paid directly to the client). Additionally, there is a $25 access fee per pay period for licensed use of and access to client systems.
Note: Administrative fees and Platform fees are deducted from payroll off-top and the Customer Service Representative receives the remainder of revenue earned. There are no administrative fees for agents or representatives registered with our Company, but not certified on a Client program. *No Taxes are deducted from payroll (1099 tax purposes).
Do you offer any benefits such as healthcare, dental, vision, or life insurance?
We hire Independent Contractors only. As an Independent Contractor there are no health benefits such as medical, dental, health insurance, etc. In addition, Independent Contractors do not qualify for unemployment benefits or like services.
Is the Remote Customer Service Position full-time or part-time?
Strategize To Monetize, Inc hires Independent Contractors only. All of our positions are contract work. Remote agents can choose their own hours as well as the amount of hours they work each week. Each agent is required to work a minimium of 15 hours per week.
Can I work from my phone or over wifi?
Cell phones are not permitted. All remote agents would be using either a landline phone service or VOIP depending on the client program. Wireless internet is not permitted on the platform. All agents must be hardwired to their internet modem. Please review the workstation requirements.
